Rolice s višnjama

 

 Rolice s višnjama

 

 Po uzoru na recept "Piramida s višnjama" koji imam još odavno odlučila sam napraviti svoju verziju istog odnosno pojednostaviti iste okuse. Tko voli ili obožava kiselkaste kolače kao ja oduševit će se. 


Sastojci:

  • 300 g lisnatog tijesta
  • 1 teglica višanja
  • 2 pudinga od vanilije
  • 125 g margarina
  • 5 žlica šećera
  • 8oo ml soka od višanja(iz teglice s dodatkom vode)
  • 200 ml slatkog vrhnja
  • 1 vrećica crvenog preljeva za kolače 

    Priprema

    1. Pripremiti kalup u ovom slučaju 26cm i obložiti ga papirom za pečenje.

    2. Lisnato tijesto razvaljaj ne pre tanko veličine odnosno dužine kalupa ili tepsije i izreži trake širine 6-7cm.

    3. Na svaku traku poredaj višnje jednu po jednu dužinom trake te savij u rolicu.Sve zarolane trake poredaj u kalup jednu do druge bez razmaka.

      4.Staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva oko 20 min odnosno dok ne bude zlatno žute boje( ne valja previše ispeći).

      5.Staviti da se ohladi.

      1. Krema :

        U posudu staviti sok od višanja i margarin i staviti na vatru, kad provri umiješati smjesu pudinga i zakuhati.
        Vruću kremu preliti preko rolica u kalupu i ostaviti u kalupu par sati ili preko noći u frižideru.
        Prema uputi na vrećici napraviti preljev za torte.

    Posluživanje

    Ovaj kolač svakako možete praviti i u pravokutnome obliku i rezati kocke kako sam i ja već nekoliko puta a recept poduplajte za već kalup.
    Poslužiti dobro ohlađen ne žuriti s rezanjem napola ohlađenog jer kore neće otpustiti i neće se moći dobro izrezati.

     Cherry Rolls


    Following the example of the recipe "Pyramid cherry", which I have long since decided to create my own version of the same or simplify the same tastes. Who likes or loves sour cakes as I will be delighted to.

    •  Ingredients :

    •      300g puff pastry
    •      1 jar of cherries
    •      2 vanilla pudding
    •      125 g margarine
    •      5 tablespoons sugar
    •      8oo ml cherry juice (from pots with the addition of water)
    •      200 ml cream
    •      1 bag red toppings for cakes

    Preparation:

    1.Prepare the mold in this case 26 cm and coat it with baking paper.
    2. Puff pastry roll it out the length of the mold or pan and cut the tape width 6-7cm. 
    3.On each track order cherries one by one along the strip and bend the roll of tape.
    4.All of track place an order in to mold with no gaps between.  
    5.Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it is golden yellow ( not brown). Put to cool.

     Filling: 

    In bowl put the sour-cherry juice and butter and put on the fire, when it boils mix the pudding mixture and brew. Pour hot cream over the rolls in the mold and leave the mold in a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Following the instructions on the bag to make a topping for cakes.
    The cooled cake garnish with whipped cream or as desired. 
      

    Serving:

    This cake can certainly make  rectangular shape and cut cubes as I have already several times and double the recipe for higher mold.Serve well chilled do not rush to cut in half because of cooled crust will not loosen and will not cut well.
